SCHOOL LIBRARY

This is an information board about our School Library. It is supposed to be a librarian's desk with a book worm instead of a librarian. The front of the desk then shows various information posters about the subject. A good space filler is to add quotes from children about their favourite books or facts such as the Dewey system. Other ideas to make it more interactive, are to pin up A4 bags that contain book related activities such as book reviews, or colourable book marks.

It is difficult to tell from the photo, but the background has been made from an old battered book that was going to be thrown away. This makes an effective, but very inexpensive background which doesn't detract from the foreground, which is the book classification system.
